Dr. Sheri B Doniger's passion, excitement and humor will take you and your team or group to the next level. A clinician who has experienced all phases of the dental practice from assistant to office manager to dental hygienist to practicing dentist, Dr. Sheri offers a unique perspective on the profession.

Through an interactive and dynamic group presentation, the participant will master the roles involved in leading a dental practice.
Work Life Balance
Through presentation and group interaction, we will enlighten the participant on ways to take care of the most important (and most overlooked) person in our lives: ourselves.
Ergonomics
Schools teach the basics of proper seating but what about the rest of the body? Through this presentation, we take a closer look at instruments, equipment and body mechanics that will help us maintain our body’s health for practice longevity.
Team Management
Through this energetic presentation, the participant will learn some intricacies of women managing a team of women discussing “team” dynamics rather than “staff” diseases.
Communications
Team building is important to encourage collaborative work spaces for successful practices. This presentation will discuss pearls for open communication between all four aspects of the practice team, as the are all related to the business of dentistry.
Infection Control
Why should we be concerned about infection control? Because our practice lives are depending on it. This presentation focuses on practical aspects of infection control. The participant will be able to bring these simple ideas back to their office and implement tomorrow.

Dr. Sheri has worked with several companies on the EU requirement for Clinical Evaluation Reports. As a doctor needs to review the documents prepared prior to submission, she has offered her expertise in assessing these reports for submission.
